Refund Policy

As a DOPE BUTTAH customer, you have nothing to lose but your  RECOVERY. If you are not satisfied and would like a refund for any  items, please send your DOPE BUTTAH shipment back to us within 30 days  for a replacement or return. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping  and handling.  

Please contact us to arrange your return. Please  note, all shipping charges are nonrefundable including return shipping.   Contact: info@dopebuttah.com  

Once your item is received and  inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received  your returned item and if the item qualifies for a refund. If approved,  your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to you  credit card or original payment method. 

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund from the date the product is returned.
